Relokant Hub — an automated media platform for a regulated niche
Relokant Hub is an information platform for Russian- and Belarusian-speaking migrants in Poland and the EU: legislative changes, legalisation procedures, documents and deadlines, a searchable law reference, and privacy-first recruitment. The core is a pipeline: automated ingestion of primary sources → RAG retrieval → LLM drafting → human moderation in Telegram → publication. Nothing goes live without a person. The AI prepares a draft; the editor decides. The whole system is shaped by two constraints. The audience is politically vulnerable, so de-anonymisation is a real risk. The subject matter is regulated, so legal accuracy and GDPR compliance are not optional. Hence the architecture: privacy by design, personal data split across isolated permission boundaries, application-level encryption, anonymous analytics with no behavioural tracking. Built end to end by one person, from the database schema to the legal documents. Next.js 15, PostgreSQL + pgvector, n8n, Docker, Cloudflare Zero Trust.
